About this event
Yoga Buds is part of the events programme at the Eden Project in Cornwall.
A session incorporating baby yoga and massage that benefits both parent and baby, followed by an optional gentle walk around Eden Project’s gardens, with songs and rhymes and calming and energising movements.
What to expect:
- Mondays 2, 9, 23 and 30 November, 2-3pm
- "These sessions are for babies from 12 weeks to 1 year, with their accompanying adult."
- Baby massage, positive touch and stretches, with exercises for parents supporting post-natal recovery
- Held in the Citrus Grove in the Med Biome
- "Each session costs £8.50 which includes 1hr of class time and entry to Eden Project."
- Mother and baby must have had their post-natal check and be cleared to exercise
