About this event
Yuletide takes place after dark in the gardens at Tatton Park, Knutsford. Acrobats, puppets, storytellers and musicians fill a winter festival built out of folklore and festive mischief, with a 1km illuminated trail through the gardens at its heart.
What to expect:
- 14 dates between Saturday 14 November and Wednesday 23 December 2026
- Entry timeslots from 3pm; most visitors stay around 90 minutes and can stay until closing
- Gathering area with live music, storytelling and food, plus the trail whenever you choose to walk it
- “Wrap up warm, toast some marshmallows and step into a night of nature, folklore and festive adventure.”
- “2 and Under: FREE”; off-peak dates are 14, 21 and 22 November
- Sensory-friendly first hour on 21 and 22 November, with the 3pm and 3.15pm slots at 40% capacity
- Armband scheme on every date for anyone who would rather performers did not approach them
- Step-free 1.4km route, wheelchairs and scooters for hire; free parking at Tatton
