We had a great experience at Activate. Kleya, our Games Facilitator, was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful with our family group. She took the time to explain how everything worked and helped us get logged in and ready to play. It was great fun and worked really well for both the adults and children in our group. We will definitely visit again! One suggestion for improvement would be to make the game instructions a little more neurodivergent-friendly. Clearer, more accessible instructions would make the experience even better and help ensure everyone can understand what they need to do and get the most out of the games. A big thank you to Kleya for making our visit such an enjoyable one!

Visited for the first time with my family for my children's birthday. We were greeted by Troy and another member of staff (her name has 3 syllables - so sorry I've forgotten her name!) delivered the introduction. Both were very friendly and enthusiastic. All the rooms at the venue were functional and clean, including the facilities such as lockers and toilets. We had a fantastic hour of fun, the kids did not want to leave, and we all want to return again soon. Thank you!

Fantastic immersive & interactive gaming experience! Have been 5 times already over the last 1-2 years, in a variety of group sizes - with larger groups (e.g 8-10), you will have to split into smaller groups, but this works out even better for competitive spirits! Live leaderboard & points gained to level up on prizes also a great incentive to keep coming back! Such a variety of games with plenty of rooms at the O2 venue - slightly smaller venue in the Oxford Street branch, but has a newer game room that I hadn’t seen at the O2 branch before. Cute photobooth section for group photos makes for a lovely souvenir, to commemorate an unintentionally intense, but incredibly fun cardio workout! Just make sure you wear athleisure/sportswear or something comfortable with less layers - as in can get very warm/stuffy especially when crowded during weekends & school holidays.

We had such a great time at Activate! We first came just by ourselves and loved it so much that we came back again with a big group of 10. Huge thank you to Amarni — he was amazing at recommending the best games for different ages and made the whole experience feel really personal with his direct 1-to-1 care and involvement. The kids had an absolute blast and the adults did too. Such a fun, energetic experience and we’ll definitely be back for more!

A terrific day out with the fam. Loads of activities of various levels. A proper mixture of mental and physical games. Team games and individual competitions available. An hour well spent. Amarni was a brilliant host.
