Had an amazing time at Active Reality Cardiff! Jay was absolutely brilliant from start to finish — really friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole VR experience fun and easy to get into. The games were immersive, the setup was impressive, and Jay made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time throughout. Highly recommend for groups, parties, or just trying something different. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a brilliant time as a big family group. Jay was super and explained everything thoroughly. Such a laugh! We will be back 👍 Thank you 🙏

I booked for my Son to have his 10th birthday party here and what a fun time he had with his mates. All the way through every game all the kids kept saying was how much fun they were having and how much of a different but great experience they all were having. The staff member was super friendly and very helpful towards the kids I would highly recommend this place 👌

Amazing experience, amazing staff and really good price. My daughter and her friends enjoyed a lot the experience. The instructor was great with the kids and with us. Allowed is to take photos, explained everything so well to the kids and to isy. Customer service is absolutely great! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Really good experience 👌

This is an experience that anyone would love!! I am not a gamer like my children so I was unsure whether I would enjoy it initially but how wrong was I!! It was so much fun and we cannot wait to go back and do it again! Emilia was extremely friendly and helpful and made the overall experience even better. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to have some fun! Totally suitable for children as well as adults!!
