I’ve just come back from my stay and honestly — it was wonderful ❤️ You can really feel that this place is new and growing and the team deserves so much credit. Even before the trip, I exchanged many emails asking for advice, details and help organising everything and Ben was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. He answered my million questions and helped me every step of the way, which made the whole experience feel much less stressful from the beginning. The whole site is clean, modern, beautiful and feels very safe for families. The pods were cosy and surprisingly comfortable — and I was so happy to discover they even had electricity, which I honestly didn’t expect! I came with my two teenagers and they absolutely loved the activities. We did Climbing Walls, Ninja Assault and High Ropes, and every single one was brilliant. The staff were fantastic throughout — friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely with the kids. A special mention for the instructors — they were incredibly professional and reassuring. Even when the High Ropes looked terrifying from the ground 😅, I felt completely comfortable leaving my children in their care. You could immediately tell they really knew what they were doing and were always paying attention, spotting straight away if someone needed help or support. The ice creams in the café were HUGE and delicious 😄 And the biggest surprise of all was the restaurant. I hadn’t planned to eat there, but after a long day I didn’t feel like driving anywhere else — and wow, I am SO glad we stayed. The pizza was homemade and cooked in a real pizza oven, absolutely amazing. I also had the steak salad and honestly… one of the best steaks I’ve had in my life. Completely unexpected and absolutely delicious. There were still so many activities we didn’t even get a chance to try and if we’d had more time we absolutely would have stayed longer and done more. Location itself is a bonus - 20 minutes to Conwy or Betws-y-coed, 20 minutes to Aber Falls or 15 minutes to Bodnant Gardens! (we were able for a quick breakfast at the waterfalls, because why not! The whole experience exceeded my expectations and we’ll definitely be back ❤️

We went up there to revisit this adventure park only to find out the surf lagoon wasn't used anymore sadly. The park had been added to with zip lines and climbing indoors. It has a lovely cafe/bar there still, it seems to be more targeted for the kids. I think they still have drive in outdoor cinema, but I would check first. Hopefully the lagoon will be used for canoes and kayaking in the near future. A little gem of a place that has small camping pods with a basic sleep over set-up and also showers and a washroom available on site.

Came today to do the ninja adventure. Its a decent course you get an hour for £20 each. Not bad but if you have a few kids can work out expensive. Only negative we had was the session was behind on time watching safety video and waiting for others. We never got the time added. Also drinks are over priced. Overall experience was ok but wouldn't rush back. Free parking.

Great Easter activity for 4 boys (ages 10–14). They did the Ninja indoor course and indoor caves (1 hour each). Staff were friendly and helpful & all appeared happy which is alway nice to see . Ben in particular was fantastic at building the kids’ confidence, especially in the caves (their favourite) . The Ninja course was well staffed and perfect for older kids & adults who still like to have fun. Highly recommend everyone had a great time. I was able to watch & have a brew from the balcony but next time i will be booking on, We’ll definitely be returning!

Wow what can I say. This place is absolutely amazing for all ages. I took my 2 grandsons and there's a 6 year age gap but there was so much for them both to do. I expected it to be really expensive but it really wasn't. The pods were brilliant and all in all it's a brilliant day out or even stay for a couple of days. The staff were really friendly and professional. I will be definitely going again. Thanks to ross and all the staff for making it such a lovely day
