Took my son here as I’ve been before but came away feeling ripped off. The prices are horrendous. £14.50 for a single kid to play and then have the cheek to charge the adult £1.50 to sit in a cafe!! Out of order and even the member of staff who served me said it as well. The cafe is extortionate as well. £3.50 for mediocre coffee and 3.50 for a stale tasting empire biscuit from non engaging staff. Nope not for me when there is innoflate across the road who are better value for money and you don’t come away feeling as if you have been fleeced. Gladly never going back

Nice place for play. And thats it. Food- usually been fine, but after having chewy and half cooked chicken nuggets, get it remade - still same.. Pass. Coffee - if you are.looking for a decent coffee , bring your own flusk. Explanation- we are not a cafe.. Summarise - kids like to play here, decent playground. But put off badly for the coffees, and snacks. To be fair - their fish and chips spot on.

I’ve just moved to this area and planned to take my 14 month toddler here. When I saw the prices I decided to take my business elsewhere straight away. The soft play where I used to live did memberships for £20 per month and you could go every day if you wanted. It was super clean and the staff were lovely so I refuse to pay £15 for my toddler and I to go for a single hour slot.

Weirdest business model I’ve come across! Unlike soft plays at home where you pay to get in for the day, you are limited to paying per hour. I paid a HIGH cost price for a 2 hour slot, which I was happy to do so, as it was a day out and I understand costs of running these places. I booked 10 am to 12 pm to allow us to then use the soft play cafe for lunch after. Children had a good time playing, Office staff were extremely sour faced, But the staff out on the equipment were lovely and helpful. 12 pm came, The kids came out of soft play for lunch and we went to the cafe. I was asked what our timeslot was and explained 10 till 12, in which they replied, you’ve missed your timeslot for lunch. I assumed the timeslot was playing time, not the time that you were allowed in the building. (I completely understand if the place was extremely busy, but it wasn’t even a quarter full) and I mean, who’s going to have lunch at 10 am? She said I would need to pay for another hours play time to be able to get lunch there which would be £29. Plus the cost of lunch. So essentially, it was gonna be a £60/70 lunch for three nasty meals. Needless to say, They lost out on me spending my money in their café and I took business elsewhere. Greedy or stupid, I’m not sure which.

This place is a SCAM for local people!! They know it is the only soft play in Cumbernauld and they abuse the prices. The price for 2 children-only the enter is £33 plus they charge for each adult 1.50£ which is unreal. If you choose to eat their food that is the worst I have ever seen and overpriced the total fun for for two hours will cost around £80. Don’t get fooled by those greedy people. With this value of money, you can do so Much more on better places.
