Took my daughter here the weekend and she was refused to go on the slide with the rug sack. Bare in mind she's been on it plenty of times, she loves it and we go there for that reason only, there was no height restrictions because there was no signs, for her to check the height , when I mentioned it to the staff it was a coincidence that they ordered one that day, the manager (with purple hair) come across rude and was denying my daughter, not happy. There was a guy called Charlie too one of the staff who also had a attitude. Won't be coming here in the future. If you want food and you order chips go the shop next door they sell rock bars cheaper my nearly snapped me tooth.

Changes rules on the day blocked my daughter and others. From the ruck sack slide without any signs. This is the 7th time of going no problems The only problem they have no is the purple hair manager with a attitude problem and one she made clear more than happy to smile while my daughter is refused used to be a decent place to go to. Would not recommend going.

Took my children who range from 3 to 11 years old all primary school children and my nearly 11 year old was refused entry as she was to tall. There was children in there who was high school age but shorter. I find this very unfair and my child was upset about it. The play area is great and normally my children have fun together in here. My child can not help her height but watching other children same age and older than her playing is very unfair.

Adventureland made my daughters 8th birthday extra special and went above and beyond from the minute we walked in until we left everything was made so relaxing as they took control of everything, Sandra the manager was amazing so helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. Zak one of the members of staff was also a great help throughout the party and all the staff that where there helping that I didn't catch there names of but from the climbing wall to the surprise inflatable balloon the staff moniting them where so good with the kids they all had the best time so thank you. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a party where you can sit back and know everything is done for you and just enjoy watching your kids have the best time. Thank you again will definitly book again.

The kids had a great hour here and for only £5.00 each. Free parking and plenty to do inside. A sign outside says they can play all day for £10.00 each and they get a stick of rock and free go on a Fairground Ride, Bargain!!!
