Big play area, lovely staff we went early as we knew would get busy. Unfortunately staff dont watch who goes into the toddler area, we found big kids over 5 jumping in the ball pit. My child nearly got squished. Felt on edge as they were jumping in not a care for smaller children. Big play area was great my older two loved it. Over all good experience .

Went to the Easter party today what a brilliant morning. My kids had a great time. The staff did amazing with the activities and the disco. The Staff are all lovely and the organising was really good. Thank you for an awesome party. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic! I come here very often and it is brilliant. We had a party there Saturday 28th March for my little boy and myself and all guests said how good it was! Our party host Lewis was so accommodating and attentive aswell as other staff on the day. I booked through reception and the two girls in there(can’t remember their names) answered all the questions I had and made it such an easy process. I would recommend this place 1000 times over again and again. I’ve already booked my daughters party here in July and she’s super excited Keep up the great work!

I would agree with Olivia...there is no supervision, its disgustingly dirty EVERYWHERE. I have complained numerous times re older kids in the under 5 area. Neither staff or parents care or enforce this. There will be a serious injury one day. I have seen the play area with both urine and sick on it and no one bothers to clean even after reporting. It needs proper management who care about customers, health and safety and a really good deep clean. The reception staff are young, unexperienced and dont really care anyway. The food is quite good but not cleared away frequent enough so yes dirty plates and knives and forks on tables, the floor and Ive also seen in the ball area. The current Manager/owner I think called Mike feels it should be parents responsibility once inside...yes to a certain degree but should also have staff present and patrolling the area to ensure all in order. There are other much nicer soft plays. I would avoid.

Appalling Experience!!! We Left Within 10 Minutes I have never felt so let down by a soft play venue. We attended today, myself, my friend, her one‑year‑old, and my two young children and deliberately chose the under 5s area to ensure a safe, age‑appropriate environment. Within five minutes, the space descended into complete chaos. Children well over the age limit were putting each other in headlocks, fighting, and aggressively throwing balls across the area. One children was screaming and shielding his head because 3 young boys were purposely targeting him. Not a single member of staff was present to supervise, intervene, or even acknowledge what was happening. Staff are too busy on tills or behind reception chatting away! Parents of the older children simply stood by and allowed it, until one noticed us telling the children to stop. My children were absolutely distraught and therefore asked to leave 😢 We left the venue within ten minutes of entering because it was so unsafe. When we tried to raise the issue on the way out, reception was completely overwhelmed with people entering, and our priority had to be calming our shaken children. I called at the earliest opportunity to report what happened and request a refund. The manager took far too long to offer even a basic apology, and the owner refuses to speak to customers about complaints over the phone. In the end, all they offered was a free return pass valid for one month, which is frankly insulting given the circumstances. There was no empathy, no reassurance, and no acknowledgement of how upsetting the experience was for our children. The manager also argued that when you sign it at reception you are signing to confirm you are responsible for your children . This isn't a declaration form and is for monitoring of numbers only. If this was correct then an explanation should be given upon payment and signing! The advice you are given is just "sign here please" To make matters worse, the receptionist clearly saw us leaving almost immediately after arriving and still offered no compassion, no concern, and no attempt to rectify the situation. Just because I couldn’t raise the issue in person at the exact moment we left does not make the complaint any less valid. It was made the same day, and yet no meaningful action has been taken. This venue failed on safety, supervision, customer care, and basic decency. I would strongly advise parents to think twice before attending and avoid at all costs! Isn't worth the risk of your children leaving feeling so unsafe , with absolutely poor customer service and duty of care. Adventure Land cares more about revenue than the safety and welfare of their customers! Disgusting behaviour , wouldn't recommend and will never be returning!
