If you are interested in Concorde and aviation generally this is worth a visit. Staff all I had dealings with from reception to guides were very good. Cafe although food limited drinks are what you would normally pay. The biggest problem is finding the venue. Very poorly signposted also do NOT go by post code on your ticket as this takes you to a housing estate. In saying that it is well worth it when you do arrive

Excellent museum with the iconic and mesmerising Concorde in its own hangar. Lovely people working there and very helpful and knowledgeable on the planes and exhibits. Parking 🅿️ is easy and free. Plenty of spots. A cafe story…..☹️ Sadly the cafe queue can be long and slow if all you want is a coffee and everybody in front wants food. You can’t skip round and grab a coffee and go because the till is in the wrong place and there seems to be one member of staff on the counter serving and 5 staff floating round with clipboards (yes really!) doing frankly bugger all. There was 20 people behind me in the queue because the 4 people in front were incredibly slow going through the minutiae of their food order. Meanwhile the woman at the end who could do drinks&go said “sorry we used to be quicker when we had two tills now everything has to go through the same till as the glacial food order till. Some in management thought it was a good idea to get rid of it. “. To which I said “well they clearly don’t work on front of house!”. Get this fixed it’s a joke.

Brilliant experience, easy access to all 4 hangars and to go onto Concorde. Availability of staff excellent. Plenty of parking. 1 years access with your ticket a great asset as so much to see. Large restaurant/cafe an asset, well stocked with scummy cakes. We will be back as soon much more to see.

A great museum with a lot of aviation history, the Concorde is on display, large jet engines, more planes. You can take a walk through the aircraft and see what it was like inside the Concorde. Visited on the 28th March, and luckily they had the Concorde flight experience, its actually the flight deck and you can get your photo taken (basically bring a friend to snap a photo). Also tried the red arrows experience, was pretty cool, I believe you had to book im advance.

A must visit if you are a airplane enthusiast. Great examples of how planes fly, the principles of lift from wing design and aerodynamics. You also get to walk inside a real Concorde and learn about its history. Plus much more to see. Worth a visit..fun day out.
