Took my niece for a day out and went to wacky for some food and play. I have to say I was impressed by the friendliness off the staff and the food was delicious. My niece had a lovely time in the play area. Would definitely come back if I was in the area again.

What is that smell? This soft play is a pound dearer than the others of this brand nearby, no idea why though as its the worst we have visited so far. It smells terrible in here. A mixture of stale wee and sweaty feet.... The staff were not present for the majority of our stay, having stood by the till for 10/15 minutes at a time waiting for someone to come and serve us. Not even an apology for the wait. The soft play itself is okay...it would be brilliant size wise but it's so dusty and feels "dirty". Multiple elements need some TLC, however some have been visibly repaired so there is that at least.... I know soft plays aren't the cleanest places in the world but I would expect better - the rest of the pub looks great, the soft play looks like an after-thought in comparison. I also ordered a coffee...which was cheaper on the menu on the wall versus what I was charged (not by much, around 20p but its the principle). Ordered an ice cream for my daughter, had to order online as the staff were nowhere to be seen once again, took half an hour to come (only after chasing it up when the staff member eventually returned). Overall, not impressed. Would be very unlikely to come back.

I would not recommend visiting the Wacky Warehouse at Air Balloon. They allow free entry if a Google or trip advisor review is evidenced, so I'd question if any of the good reviews were genuine too! There was no staff member when we arrived, the soft play area was disgustingly filthy, the soft toys in the under 5's area are clearly in need of being replaced and the tables were dirty - no where clean to sit.

Really enjoyed our Christmas Dinner. The 3 coarse meal was all so good. Can not fault anything. Will definitely come up again next year. Highly recommend it.
