The venue is good and the kids had fun. They say it's probably the best trampoline park they've been to, as it is more accomodating for older kids with high jumps, tall slides etc. The café is reasonably priced which is a big bonus. Also there is no fee for adult entry (as a spectator) which again is a massive plus for this venue. The staff were all friendly and supervision of the activities seemed adequate. I think given all of the above, we would choose Air Unlimited over similar venues in the area and we would absolutely return (this isn't our first visit anyway). Some negatives: not enough seating and the cleanliness of the overall venue was pretty poor. If it weren't for this it'd be an easy 5 star. But the cleanliness definitely needs to improve. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Absolutely loved our visit to Air Unlimited! after hearing some mixed reviews i decided to take my SEN child along, and honestly I know it’s not part of their job to go out their way for additional needs—but Amelia (i think her name is) was just brilliant. She really took the time, showed patience, and made my son feel comfortable and welcome, which meant the world to me. The place itself was spotless too, you could tell they really take pride in keeping everything clean and safe. Proper put me at ease. i sat from a distance and was able to watch my son on the trampolines. Big thanks again to i’m sure her name was Amelia—an absolute credit to the team. We’ll definitely be back!

We had such a great time at air unlimited the staff were all amazing really well mannered, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The place itself was very clean and well looked after which made it even more enjoyable. Most importantly, my kids had an incredible day and didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be coming back again.

visited here a few weeks back taking my autistic nephew and honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! All staff were so friendly and welcoming and met his needs in every way possible! If your looking for a place where you don’t have to worry about needs not being met I would 1000% recommend this place!

Came here with my 4 kids and was an amazing experience. Staff were very polite and helpful with my kids. We will definitely will be coming back again. The place was really clean and the cafe had a good range of food.
