Really dirty and messy in the cafe area. Piles of uneaten food, boxes, cups and bottles on tables and floor. Asked for a cloth to wipe my own table but one never turned up. Won’t be coming back. Helpful guy at the main reception though.

Took my son and five friends for a Birthday treat. The children enjoyed it but I do feel things have 'slipped' a bit since our previous visit. There is now a parking screen you need to log your car reg with, but when you're supervising several overexcited children, it's easy to miss the sign. I only heard about it from another parent there (thankfully managed to get our reg in before a ticket was issued!). I think it would be courteous when checking in, if staff could direct people to the screen (it took a good 10 minutes to get all the kids checked in, sort socks, etc, so plenty of time to mention it!) The activities in the main area (high jump and rotating swing) seemed to be closed more often than open during our hour. There were plenty of staff milling around and chatting, but only one activity open at a time and then only for a short period. Toilets were disgusting! I've seen cleaner facilities in a nightclub at the end of a Saturday night! Looked like they hadn't had a proper clean for quite some time. On a positive note, staff in the cafe were very polite and helpful.

We visited this trampoline park at the weekend. It was busy, and parking could be a bit challenging, but they will advise you nearby carpark if their carpark is full. Lots of trampolines and there were inflatable bits and slides. My child enjoyed playing here. On our visit, there were quite a lot of staffs taking care and running the place. It was run nicely, they kept the place clean and tidy. There was a cafe inside, so you can order drinks, pizza, burger etc. We will visit again.

Visited Sunday 1st February 2026. Drafted in to take my nephew to a friend’s 6th birthday party while my brother and sister-in-law were away. First impressions weren’t great - it’s on an industrial estate with very limited parking - but as it was a Sunday, I parked in a neighbouring company’s car park and kept my fingers crossed that I didn’t get a ticket…as the many warning signs suggested! If you live local, I recommend walking or asking someone for a lift. Moving inside, the first thing that struck me is how poorly lit the walkways are through to the main area, it really is dark! Once you get through things improve (marginally), but they could really do better. The equipment looked well maintained and fun (even to a couple of 48-year-olds) and my nephew had a fantastic time jumping about the various areas - especially the basketball section . There’s a surprising amount of variety in the equipment so it’s obviously been well thought out. After an hour of bouncing about and us watching on hoping not to witness any head-on-head collisions, it was time to move onto one of the party rooms for the kids to eat. This bit was easily the best for me: the area had really cool UV lighting effects and the food (pizza and chips) looked really good. For the adults, there’s a cafe upstairs if you’re trusting enough to not want to keep an eye on the madness unfolding on the trampolines, as well as toilets. Both were clean enough but, to me, it really highlighted the unit’s industrial origins as they did not present the quality you’d normally come across at an entertainment venue. Money could (and should) be spent on improving both. In summary: limited parking and a building that’s rough around the edges BUT a guaranteed hit with the kids, both in terms of the jumping about and food.

Problems with parking spaces, rude staff serving food...Dirty tables, shoes on tables in the dining area. When I asked the manager to warn people whose children had left their dirty shoes on the table, he said the shoes could be left on the table because the tables were being cleaned. This is not true, as in the completely empty area designated as party tables, I found dried coffee, trash, food crumbs, and dirty dishes on the tables.
