Me and my son love it here ,my son is 16 months old we have got the summer saver you can come as many times as you want untill September we come three times a week plenty for him to do keeps him busy and gives me a break if you have a toddler I can’t recommend it here enough , staff are also lovely and always looking to help

Brilliant place for the kids to go mad and tire themselves out.as grand parents it's usually the other way around. Very much worth the visit the amount of time 2 hrs was really good and just enough for both kids and grand parents. Keep up the good work and I hope more parents catch on and use these great facilities. There is a lot of empty space in the roof area maybe a sky walk would be an added attraction??

Visited yesterday. The place itself is fantastic and staff are always pleasant and hardworking. However the food is awful and extremely overpriced for the quality you receive. We haven’t ate there for a while so thought we would try the new menu without expecting too much considering it is just a play-area. We had 2 breakfast wraps which had clearly been microwaved , soggy and greasy and majorly undercooked we ate a couple of bites and it was left, I actually had to spit the last mouthful into a napkin because the bacon was slimy. We also ordered a kids picnic box meal which cost £5.95 it took 20 minutes to arrive and had the most pathetic ham sandwich in I’ve ever seen and a couple of snacks. My son couldn’t eat it he said it tasted funny after a couple of bites so he just ate the snacks. It’s safe to say we have all got the most upset stomachs this morning and I feel even worse just thinking about it. There was also staff walking in and out of the kitchen with no PPE hair everywhere. Just not great food standards in my opinion. Will come back again as I mentioned the facilities and staff are great and the kids have a fantastic time but I definitely would never eat from here again. Massive waste of £40 on food and drinks.

Had my sons 7th birthday party there over the weekend. The kids had a brilliant time and the staff went above and beyond for me. Especially our host Frankie. She was a delight and made things so easy for me. Took away all the stress. Would definitely have future parties there again.

Went with my 6-year-old daughter and she had a great time. It took a little encouragement at first, but the staff were friendly and supportive with all the kids. You don’t need to go with a friend as the children quickly split off anyway. After an hour of bouncing she was happily tired. We’ll definitely be back again soon
