I had a very disappointing experience at Jump In. The staff were quite rude and spoke to us in an unfriendly way. We already had non-grip socks that we brought with us, but they insisted we had to buy their own socks instead. It felt unnecessary and a bit like they were forcing us to spend extra money. Customer service is very important, especially in places for families and children. Unfortunately, the way we were spoken to made the visit unpleasant. I hope the management looks into improving how staff communicate with customers.

Always a fun time visiting AirHop Enfield. Good selection of trampolines, dodgeball and softball. The air glider is a huge hit for obvious reasons. You never have to wait too long for food and it’s always fresh. The only negative is the cost…it is now a real luxury to take the kids here due to how much the prices have d skyrocketed.

Very impressed with AirHop when we went to a children's session for children under 6 years. Large play area, bouncy slides, and plenty of trampolines to bounce on. It also has a food area with tables, providing snacks, hot and cold food, and hot and cold drinks, and there is even a candy floss machine! We pre-booked online, and it was very straightforward. Plenty of parking spaces when we went, but I imagine it can be difficult to park at peak times.

This was our first time here and my daughter had a great time. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Mr. Emir was very helpful, providing all the necessary information from the moment we arrived. We were very pleased. We will definitely come back when we have the chance.

First impression count and this establishment didn't disappoint👌🏾 The outside parking is limited. Upon entry and walking to check in, we were greeted with respect and ready to help staff. They have lockers (£2) and free ones to put away your items. The play area and equipment is clean and working condition and staffs are surrounding the inside and outside to ensure safety👌🏾 The place is kept cleaned and is regularly cleaned by staff. The food is warm and fulfilling- no complaints. We were served by Emeka and I am pleased to have encountered such a well mannered and task orientated staff member👍🏾 My family and I, will definitely be returning.
