We held my 10-year-old's birthday party here and had Ben as our host. I honestly can't say enough good things about him—he was fantastic from start to finish. There was plenty for the kids to do, the food was decent, and everyone had a great time. A really enjoyable party experience, and I'd happily recommend it.

My wife booked online for my daughter who had a great time apart from one minor incident where another girl was calling her names. The staff member with dark hair and glasses was good at dealing with this and checked on my daughter to make sure she was okay. Not sure of her name, I think it began with C from what I saw on the badge.

My daughter had the best time celebrating her 6th birthday. Sophie was an amazing party host — everything was organised, smooth and completely stress‑free. I’d absolutely recommend this place for children’s parties.

We celebrated my son’s birthday at AirHop Gloucester with his school friends, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The kids had an amazing time, and the whole atmosphere was lively, safe, and well organised. A special thank you to Sophie, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire event. She took care of everything with such professionalism and kindness, which made the celebration completely stress‑free for us. I truly appreciate her effort and attention to detail, she made the day even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone planning a fun and well‑managed birthday party.

We visited this evening for the SEN session with my youngest who has Autism (5) and her older brother (12) and I just wanted to say how very impressed I was! We arrived too early but the kids were so excited the wait didn't seem as long and there was plenty of space to wait in the cafe had we wanted too. We were greeted by Nevaeh on reception with her huge smile she was just so kind and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble! The venue itself was clean spacious and the air conditioning was fantastic 👌🏻 There was plenty to do for both the kids and us included and we will definitely return! For the whole duration of the session if you came into contact with a member of staff or they caught your eye they were asking if all was okay and checking to see if my daughter was okay and enjoying herself (Thanks Mia) I'm so grateful 🙏🏻 My daughter really takes time to settle in at new places and feel comfortable but by the middle of the session she had found the Valojump and I've never seen seen her so confident! She announced before we left that is was her "BEST DAY EVER" so thanks 😊
