Two bad experiences here. The first, time was with the food - everything came out at completely different times despite ordering together, it was a total mess. Decided to visit again - they were very quiet so they closed the front reception, to be honest with it really was such a faff. I understand they want to save money on staff but it is just so inconvenient for guests to have to make their way up the stairs to check in. I have four children with me, three of which are registered disabled with one of them physically disabled that had to walk up the stairs. It really affects the level of customer satisfaction for the sake of not paying someone £13 p/h, especially considering it’s such an expensive activity to do. Please don’t do this again - it will cost you customers and therefore even more money in the long run.

First timer: I didn't book online, I just decided to take my son there and hope to purchase in store. The young lady at the desk was very nice. I have a SEN child and I wasn't sure if visiting during normal hours would be a good idea. It went as good as it could. He loved the trampoline and the assault course. Staff were very helpful as my son decided to throw his lanyard high outside the assault course. The staff member actually climbed up to get it. Probably best next time to go during SEN hours and book online for me. But overall, Great experience.

Great Easter weekend we came for one jump end up doing the climbing and laser quest, epic not only did us parents have a break but we got to join in when we wanted to. I think this is a great little place food was nice we all enjoyed it and the staff was great especially ask for this guy he was brilliant on reception, kitchen and teaching the kids climbing TOM

The staff were absolutely fantastic, and my daughter had such a lovely party. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making everything run smoothly from start to finish. We also absolutely loved the upgrade — the venue felt so much cleaner compared to other trampoline parks nearby. Will at the front desk was brilliant too and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you so much for making my daughter's party such a great, stress-free experience!

We recently celebrated my child's 13th birthday at AirHop Guildford, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that everything went smoothly for our party. The venue itself is impressive, with a huge variety of trampolines and activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. Watching them bounce and play was such a joy! The safety measures in place were reassuring, and it was clear that the staff were attentive and focused on ensuring everyone had a fun and safe time. The birthday party package we chose was well-organized and included everything we needed, from party food to a designated area for the kids to celebrate. They were especially excited about the jumping session, which was filled with fun games and challenges led by the enthusiastic staff. Overall, AirHop Guildford is the perfect place for a birthday party or a fun day out. My child and their friends had a blast, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! We will definitely be returning for more jumping and laughter in the future!
