Attended a birthday party here tonight, 5.30 listed as arrival time in order to complete waivers, watch saftey video, get socks and wristbands... in order for the 6pm party. Was scowled at instantly on the front desk and told 'we were extremely early' not very welcoming atall, asked to sit upstairs and wait as room wasn't ready. At 6.15 we had become tired of waiting and sent the children to collect socks and wristbands no safety or waivers ever completed, which I'm almost certain goes against any insurance policy they hold. Over an hour later finally allocated a party room and met the incompetent and plain rude 'party host' (if you could call him that) he stood aimlessly in the door way "where do you want these" with a pile of pizza in hand, slobbed them on the table and off he scurried, no chips ever arrived, no drink refills, no slushies until asked for, parents had to chip in and become the host, making sure the kids remained unaware to the absolute shambles unfolding. We had to physically ask and retrieve cupcakes and cake to be able to sing happy birthday. Upon the lady who had paid for the party speaking to a manager and being offered half her money refunded the majority of the staff stared, pointed and giggled continuously at the party, until we met the party host again who brought a tray of milkyways and slammed them on the table "there you go" with a smirk on his face, off he went again never to be seen again. The manager openly admitted that she 'could not control the staff today' and I left actually feeling rather sorry for her. What I will say is that if I was in head office I'd be having a complete turnover of staff and reevaluating the criteria for employment before it ruins the company's reputation entirely. I left in disbelief i certainly wouldn't attend nor ever book or recommend anyone to book a party with them.

Great fun for kids, and a LOT more than just trampolines - jump hoops, slides, air bag, ninja warrior course, laser tag, and loads of adventure pods. Or seems to be more for smaller kids earlier on, but a lot quieter.

hadnt been since it opened in 2016 and went today, absolutely amazing how it all is now!! staff are friendly and good prices on slushies too tbh! really really good day enjoyed everything will definitely be back

Jump centre close to Meadowhall with a bigger variety of activities to do than one would normally expect. 😯 Centre: 5/5 - as just said - the inside had a variety of different areas to entertain all type of parties. (Note tag active, a lazer quest probably require booking when filling out session online). To keep belongings safe - somone had the clever idea to install custom password locked safes; (somthing I've never seen before); for convient protection, a access whenever needed. Staff: 5/5 - friendly, helpfull, and understanding. Not much else is really needed to say. 😊 Layout: Really bright, colours, and appealing for all ages. The list to do are as followed: trampoline zones, basketball, ninja warrior, tag active, lazer quest, slides; (thers also this time attack game where you must land on coloured tiles that glow up. -1 🌟 Concerned how the centre is on a usual basis based on past reviews on here. (Tbh I've never reviwed a jump before so im not sure what to detail) 😅 Overall it surpased expectations. 😁
