Nice clean place, staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed their visit.
I visited Jump In with my 6-year-old autistic daughter for the first time since the renovation and I was quite anxious about the new big slides as I wasn’t sure how she would manage them. I explained my concerns to the member of staff at the bottom of the slide, including that my daughter is autistic and may need extra guidance. The staff member was so understanding and immediately radioed up to the member of staff at the top, who then helped explain to my daughter what to do. Everything went amazingly well. My daughter absolutely loved it and went on the slide so many times! The staff were so kind, patient, encouraging and supportive, which made such a difference to both of us. It helped me feel reassured and allowed my daughter to enjoy herself safely and confidently. Thank you so much to the staff for being so understanding and inclusive.
Visited on Saturday afternoon with three kids aged between 2 and 7, and we had a fantastic time! The staff were really helpful and friendly made everything easy and were great with the children. The facilities are excellent, clean, well organised, and with plenty to keep kids (and adults!) entertained. The kids absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave after 90mins! Parking was good and convenient, and the location was easy to find, which makes a big difference when you’re heading out with kids. Overall, a great experience. We’ll definitely be visiting again! 😊
Visited with grand children on 14/02/26 at 9am. The manager was rude, arrogant and lacked any form of customer service training. I was holding my 1 year old granddaughter while gently bouncing on a trampoline that was at least 20m long when told only 1 person at a time allowed on the trampoline, it’s 20m long and there was at least 3 other people on it. His body language was aggressive and confrontational, but i agreed to stop bouncing and moved along, cue 20 other parents doing the same thing while he stood there, nothing said. As for the rest of the staff, miserable and unfriendly, hardly surprising with their managers poor attitude. I have been here several times in the past and never previously had a problem, safe to say i won’t be returning. Awful staff from top to bottom.
Fed up of turning up to here to an absolute shambles - Managers how are you turning up here every day and you cannot even get the basics correct. It is an absolute embarrassment. The outside looks like a war zone and don’t come up with some lousy excuse we discussed this last year and it looks like I was paid a lot of lip service. How have you not walked the site from a guest perspective and realised you look like a joke factory. Have some respect for your hard working parents that choose to spend with you and prove to us you care.
