We have been here a few times the kids love it. Even though the last time we went, my daughter hurt herself. The first aider Libby was absolutely brilliant with my daughter, she couldn't do enough to help. She is a credit to your team. We will definitely keep coming back, fingers crossed my daughter doesn't hurt herself next time.

Really disappointed came today for my daughters birthday the lady that hosted us a young blonde girl was absolutely lovely as was the lady with the rainbow hair I believe Millie? Who checked on us but these were the only two interactions we had! The poor younger girl was left alone to host 2 parties and she was trying her best bless her! The children were told they weren’t allowed to use the larger trampolines because they were broken these were the main reason we booked as my daughter loves to do her tricks on them! Then the back half of the pack was shut briefly during our session to. The man on the gate got our children out 10 minutes before their session was due to end for whatever reason and the party room wasn’t even ready at that point so the children were upset they couldn’t go back on. My email stated you weren’t allowed to bring decorations as they weren’t allowed to stick anything to walls but the room next to us had loads! So my daughter was then upset as hers didn’t look as nice. When my niece went in to get her younger sister the same man wouldn’t let her snd asked her to describe her instead absolutely insane!! She then became anxious and upset because he was very abrupt with her a literal child. The food portions the pizza was lovely the chips were tiny so I ordered another two portioned for the children and they didn’t bring them out till after the children were getting ready to go home. No one checked on us apart from the poor girl sorting our party and the lovely girl at the end. For the money you pay I am not impressed my son wanted his party here in September but has now changed his mind.

Been twice before & was good value. Unfortunately today wasn't. Asked for proof regarding carers card, which we've used before without issues. The "supervisor" booking us in was confusing us over various times/prices & didn't seem to know what she was doing, said doing it her way was cheaper but upon getting home found we were actually over charged in comparison to the online booking prices. Also had to keep repeating ourselves. The inflatable wasn't there and laser tag unfortunately wasn't working properly either. Staff all look absolutely miserable/unapproachable and saw numerous members on their phones. Once you add drinks etc it really was not worth the money and unlikely that we'll visit again.

we came in for my daughters birthday, she and her bestie just wanted to bounce!! we had no trouble at reception, were seen quickly and obtained the grippy socks and wristbands. Us parents sat in the rather groovy cafe area, whilst the girls had a blast! There was a good choice of foods and drinks, prices were not the worst I've seen, but a little on the lux side. Overall we enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone with active kids who need to burn off some energy!! 😁

Most of the park was closed or run down - photos show the activities that were explicitly shut, whilst others were just not inflated or cordoned off. Easier to highlight that the trampolines themselves were actually open. All of the electronic games also not working. Most of the staff were sights of desolation, the crushing reality of working here finally getting on top of them as the summer season ends. That or as I expect they were hungover. Would strongly recommend avoiding.
