An amazing place for children to play, have fun, and burn off some energy. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout. All of the staff were friendly, polite, and professional. A special mention goes to Becky, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us and make our visit even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it to other families.

Great visit today with our 22 month old grandson. Despite going during a half term holiday, it was not overcrowded. He was able to access safely the good variety of activities available. Toilet facilities were spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We all had lots of fun. Will definitely return with our other grandchildren when they visit us.

My wife and I booked Amazon Adventure for our son's 5th birthday party with all his classmates. We chose the gold package so adults got a complimentary hot drink. We were greeted on arrival and shown straight to our party room. Everywhere was clean and ready. The children had 90 minutes playing the soft play area and then 30 minutes for food. Everyone enjoyed the food and not a lot was left. Children had two types of squah as well as water available throughout. Toilets were spotless and it was gretto have the outside area, especially on such a beautiful day. It was great that the ride-on amusements were free. It cost £404 for 15 children and we found it good value for money.

Best softplay around 👏🏼 I’ve been a member for over 2 years now and can honestly say this place only gets better and better. It’s a whole world away from minor mania, it’s clean and well kept. The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly, happy, always smiling and approachable nothing is too much trouble. Food has improved massively and good coffee. The open play sessions are perfect, today I’ve spent nearly 5 hours here and cleaning is kept on top of throughout the day. Despite it being reasonably busy no long wait times for food. Highly recommend this place
