On arrival my daughter in law and her friend were informed their session would be 45 mins short as a party had been booked. A long way to drive to find out on arrival. They were offered a free drink but not a stamp on loyalty card which was another alternative apparently 🤔

100% Recommend! Anchors Away is our favourite soft play- always clean, great food and lovely staff. Organising a party was easy and the owners couldn’t have been more attentive- better value for money for exclusive hire than most local soft plays and so lovely to see how much the staff cared that everything went well.

We had exclusive here for our little boys 5th birthday this weekend. The girls put on a hot and cold buffet and which was presented so beautifully. Children with allergies were catered for no problem! We would recommend anybody book their kids parties here, we had children of all ages attend and they equally all enjoyed themselves. Jess, Dawn and the girls are all so attentive and friendly and make you feel so special as the hosts and birthday boy/girl! Thank you all!!!

Really lovely good size soft play with a role play area and separate section for babies and toddlers. Always clean. Cakes are amazing coffee is nice but food and drink on the whole a bit of the expensive side.

Lovely soft play. My little one had a fantastic time! Very well themed. Great sized area for babies, we had lots of fun. Play area and tables were clean and the food was amazing, good size portion! Had the good styled high chairs that were more secure than some food places. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming again. Thank you for a fun afternoon. 💙🌊🐠🐬⚓️
