Haven’t been for a while but went to a party there today, shocked at how filthy the place was especially the floors, makes you wonder how dirty the play equipment is! Not even the party from had been cleaned in between parties and toilets were filthy too. Staff were very inattentive and borderline rude. Party food was buffet style so meant some children didn’t get any pizza. Such a shame as previously been a lovely place.

Had a party here for my daughter’s 4th birthday. She had the best time and the staff were amazing, helping where ever they could. Would 100% use again ❤️

Place is tired and floor is filthy. Freezing with one little blow heater. Only myself, 2 year old plus 3 other children two of which definitely over 3 running riot in the under 2 area where we were sat. Staff didnt say a word neither did parents to be fair. A bit over priced for 1.5 hours play when it was empty and the condition of the place. £6.25 for a childs lunch box!! Electric went off. I just think it could be so much better seeing as the farm shop makes a killing off everything else. Left after 30 minutes and that was only because we found some colouring. We then went to the shop and a bloke said 'i hope you weren't planning on buying anything, we've got no tills working' Wasted trip.

Play barn itself was good. A little area for under 2 year olds. One staff member let the down day for us though. She was very rude and abrupt. She did not greet me when I walked in with my son. I said that I was waiting for another person to come and she'd be here shortly, she didn't even look up at me and said an arsy yes. I would have considered coming back but with this one member of staffs attitude, we won't be. Not happy. Whatever happened to a polite hello and smile. Sort it out.

Love it here!!!! Reasonably priced in a beautiful setting and a lovely, clean soft play experience. The under 2 area is lovely and I like how it's a smaller soft play and not over crowded at any point. Coffee lovely and some good cakes on offer.
