Went here today for a walk with my dogs The wood is lovely many seating areaa and sculptures in trees or wood The field is big and the lake too swans in pairs as well be mindful of babies with dogs about The wood now backs onto a recently developed housing As once was a big company maxell the walks are lovely and it's nice to be able to hear the birds singing Parking is ok 3 hour limit but not many places Free There is a play area for kids but is attached to the houses It's lovely to walk if you like peace and need to think There is an avenue of ewe trees which is lovely

First visit there in over 20 years, very well managed and quite busy if im honest. Great place to walk the dog and packed with plants & wildlife. Definitely worth a visit.

The woods are a lovely place for a dog walk. Very flat so no hills to climb. It's not super large but perfect for a 40 min stroll. The lake and woodlands are very pretty in the spring.

Great place, amazing scenery. Would definitely recommend going to this place for a nice walk with family or even alone. Brilliant picture opportunities and activities to do; you can do fishing, bike riding, and even hide and seek if you want! Here are some pictures!

Lovely place for a walk with the family as well as a dog. Nice to go with a bike as well and good to pass tine. Can take the kids and has a field to play ball games.
