Positives; Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a nice setting and the water was warm as it's not super deep. Problems; various safety issues. The staff, although helpful and friendly, are swamped by the numbers of people they're trying to deal with. There need to be more of them for it to feel safe. Lots of the life jackets were distorted and I doubt they'd pass an inspection at many other places. Customers are expected to check the fit of their life jackets themselves and numbers entering the water weren't counted. Other centres also ask people to show they are OK in the water before they are allowed onto the course. Some parts of the course weren't inflated. There are no one way systems in place which means you can have people landing on top of each other at speed as they both jump over obstacles from different directions, unable to see that the other person was also sliding fast into the space at the same time. This is a significant safety issue and just in our group of 5 led to some minor injuries from other people. A one way system could reduce this risk. There also aren't many points where you can pull yourself back out of the water without assistance. If one of the 2 lifeguards (for up to 100 people) is helping people out of the water, that leaves lots of people who the lifeguard can't really see. These issues meant we watched our kids incredibly closely as we didn't feel reassured that the business has adequate safety systems in place. They are certainly way more lax than other similar inflatable courses we've been to elsewhere. It's also a shame there are no lockers or (cold would be fine) showers. We hid our car keys and it was fine, but again, similar places charging the same offer lockers for valuables. Afraid there is too much to criticise to want to return, or to recommend it to other people, and when so much isn't working well but you're pulling in £1k-2k an hour when you're open, this actually felt like a bit of a rip off. I really hope there aren't any serious safety events, as the nice young staff will be traumatised by it, and I assume they're not the ones receiving much if the money that's coming in.

Good fun hour in the lake playing on the inflatables. A nice reminder that I'm not as strong as I think I am. Getting out is not easy. 4 of us went and all enjoyed it. Would return.

Took my niece here for a 12pm session on one of the hottest days of the year so far which I'm so glad we did. It was great fun and my niece really enjoyed it too. The staff were friendly and the safety briefing was very clear. The only thing that I didn't like was how many big lumps of bird poo there were on it that I was avoiding which put me off a tiny bit. I know it can't quite be helped but maybe hosing some of it off in between sessions may be good. But other than that, £20 for a 50 min session was definitely worth it.

My Wife Booked a ticket for the wrong day for our son and tried to call them straight away and left many voice mails and emails and had no reply just took our money, I wouldn’t recommend pre booking as if a mistake is made money taken and don’t answers there phones or reply to emails. If you want to contact me back my details have been left on the voicemails.

Took my kids today as the weather was +23C ☀️and overall we all had a great time 👌. The inflatables are excellent fun and it’s reassuring that lifeguards are on duty and keeping an eye on things. Our dog was also happy just lying on the picnic rug, watching the kids splashing and struggling through the obstacle course 🤪 it made for a really nice family day out. That said, a couple of points did spoil the experience a bit 😕. While waiting, a group of young lads were openly smoking cigarettes and what smelled like weed, all while talking with swearing loudly. Not ideal in a family setting, especially with children around. I asked them politely to stop. The staff nearby didn’t intervene, which was disappointing. Would be good to have No Smoking Area sign. Another small 🤏 issue was one of the staff members driving a quad bike right through the area where families were sitting and waiting. The fumes and noise weren’t pleasant and felt unnecessary in a confined space. Kids also noticed some bird mess on the inflatables at the start of the session (14:00). It didn’t seem to have been cleaned off by staff beforehand. To be fair, we didn’t see many birds around during the day, so it’s likely from overnight, but still…. I’ve since seen in other reviews that this has been mentioned before, yet it doesn’t seem the organisers have done much about it. A quick rinse before opening would really help. Also worth mentioning that the postcode takes you closer to the sign directions rather than the actual road name, which can be a bit confusing if you rely on website page. The place itself has great potential and is brilliant ⭐️ for kids, but a little 🤏 more attention from staff to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere (and clearer travel directions on website) would make a huge difference.
