Friendliest gym I have ever trained at, the staff are so helpful it gets busy in the morning and tea time, mid afternoon and late evenings is very quiet, it's a small gym 50 people and it's packed, recently they have installed all brand new equipment it's very clean

Great gym with excellent facilities and friendly staff. Can get busy with kids at peak times though. Steam room and sauna are good too

Always nice and clean in all areas, membership is great value and the classes are great- especially love Zumba & Aqua Aerobics, both trainers for those classes are friendly and welcoming! Reception staff are all lovely too. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Helped run a kung fu club here in the 80s great gym to use with good facilities also has weight gym a swimming pool had some very good times here

Small a little dated but lovely staff/ really clean facilities/ I was given a coin at reception for locker. Booking is over phone in advance. 2 pools small pool lovely and warm for babies 50 minute swim season and 10 Mon turn around for next season
