Beautiful beach in a beautiful area. Facilities are good and lots of parking available.

Great beach, sandy with some stones. Good amenities including coffee bar , restaurant and fish and chips. Beach huts for hire also but don’t know hire rates. Car parking good with small carpark right on beach front, fills up quickly in morning, others are a short walk away.

Avon Beach is a lovely, relaxed stretch of coastline with wide views, clean sand and a calm atmosphere that makes it perfect for an easy seaside walk. A better, albeit a busier beach than Highcliffe just along the coast. Better amenities with toilets, sauna, restaurants, cafe and benches and more sand here. The mix of beach huts, gentle waves and open shoreline gives it plenty of charm, and it’s a great place to sit with an ice cream or wander along the water. The area feels welcoming and well kept, with plenty of space for families, dog walkers and anyone who enjoys a peaceful coastal spot. Our favourite day trip beach. Safe clean with good facilities. The fish and chips are consistently delicious

This is a really nice beach, perfect for families and dogs (during certain times of the year). There are public toilets and taps to help wash the sand off along with bins places at regular intervals. I love looking at all the chalets and the fun names their owners have given them. There are also cafes along the beach too, would recommend the chips!
