Love this place, it's only small so great walk for young kids. A good variety of birds from ducks, to geese, to Herons, to Kingfishers, to Swans to the inevitable pigeons! Always well kept, I can't recall every seeing litter around.

Lovely little lake full of ducks, geese, and swans to feed. Free parking and benches around the lake make it great for a short family nature walk with a view.

Cute spot for a walk, plenty of benches to watch the birds from. Generally quiet too, only a few parking spots.

The lake is lovely to have a wander around, it has quite a smooth flat path so is also great for wheelchairs, rolators, push chairs/buggies etc. There's a viewing deck just in front of the car park which has a beautiful outlook 🦢🦢🦆🦆 and a number of benches. If it is a rainy day, you can still get a good view of the lake from the car if you manage to get one of the front parking spaces. The only drawback is that it can be difficult finding a parking space because it seems to be used as station parking by selfish cheapskates 😒

Went for an evening walk on a sunny day. This place is good for those who enjoy spending quality time jogging and watching the birds. You can feed them as well with corn and berries but no bread please.
