A great place for a stroll and a look around. Shame NO dog owner l, that I met this morning, could read the ' keep dogs on a lead' sign. Poor show.

Really nice place to go for a walk or to take your dog. We ended up having a picnic there , was lovely in the shade. Would’ve rated 5 stars but it was just a bit boring as not much to do there. But I understand that as it is a historical sight though.

Very atmospheric, lovely to visit, not an enormous amount to see but one of those places you're glad to have been to.

There are some lovely views to be had, easy parking and plenty of dog poo bins, so ideal for dog walking. My only question is are people illiterate or just ignorant? Big sign saying dogs on leads yet most are off lead. And the amount of people who have no control! And forget this, oh my dog is well behaved nonsense. Big sign says on lead, simple. Oh, and while I’m on one, pick up the poo. There’s bins there so clean it up! Apologies to those who do use a lead and do pick up the poo, it’s good to see we’re not the only ones.

Cool place to visit for a short walk with some lovely views. Plenty of wildlife and loads of rabbits. This would be a great spot for a picnic too. Be warned if you have hayfever this was a really bad spot for me so make sure you dose up on tablets if you plan a visit here.
