I have always loved Balderstone park I've enjoyed watching rugby there and I used to take my daughter to the park (when she was a child but she's a little bit older now so we don't get to go together anymore 😢) I was happy to see the skateboard park when they built it a few years ago and I'm impressed they have now extended it or added another section I heartily recommend that you take a look yourselves and maybe enjoy a lovely time

A nice compact little park. Great play area and skateboard park for kids. Well maintained, with a cosy, community friendly cafe. Ideal for wheelchairs/buggies.

Amazing park, so much to do! Lovely children and adults there and it's a great green space all around the park so you feel safe with little ones not being close to any roads. Thank you Balderstones Park
