0900 Wednesday?! 1000 Friday?! 0900 Sunday?! Daily 0600/0700 open please. Good gym facilities.

I on average visit her once or twice a month sometimes more, and would say that I have a positive experience. Facilities are modern as you would expect with a newly built facility. Love the little cafe good food snacks and friendly genuinely nice staff. However, I want to say nicely, that the general changing room is clean ISH , but the showers are dirty mouldy and really of poor higeine standards. There is always visual dirt, mould and detritus, hair and other visual crud on the walls of the showers. I am not a princess and I am able to cope with a bit of muck but they are yukk. I have taken in antibacterial wipes to wipe down the bench and walls of the cubical, prior to using them with visual debris on the wipe. Please consider a manager going into the facilities and doing an audit and organising a deep clean of the facilities. This is written politely and not in an aggressive way, its aim is to make the manager think about a service it offers and improve the facilities for ALL it's local residents.

Nice facilities but as with most things Aberdeenshire Council, the customer service isn't always the best and they're quite restrictive. However the facilities are actually very good.

This place is great. Staff were really helpful to get the hoist for a lift to the pool. Squash courts are great too. The little cafe in the front is amazing. The food is unbelievably good for a sports center , try the cakes they are home made and amazing

My husband misunderstood the terms of membership and purchased ongoing one instead of the 30 days one. After many months he realized that he still keeps paying. We asked to cancel the membership but as he paid for another full month (30 days cancellation policy) but is not able to attend due to his health, we also asked if 1 of the family members could use that remaining full month (it's just a gym). The answer was not even like a human, just citing a policy without even pretending to be sympathetic. We understand that it was my husband fault, but we expirienced such a great examples of flexibility in Unit Gym in Banchory and proffesional way of dealing with any inquiry, so due to that contrasting Sport Village response, the impression was just not good.
