I bring my child to the wacky regularly. It always seems to be Shannon in. It’s nice to see a friendly face when we arrive. She always has a smile on her face. We enjoy coming here as it’s always clean, tidy and very welcoming. Shannon always goes out of her way to talk to everyone, interact with the children and make sure they are happy. It’s always a pleasure.

Becky greeted us with a huge warm smile and radiated positive happy energy perfect for a wacky 🤪absolute breath of fresh air! Firstly she sorted my passes out promptly as they weren’t scanning today and seen us to our table and asked if there’s anything she can get to pop to the till. The wacky was spotless clean as Becky was keeping herself busy throughout our visit here, she speaks to everyone in a polite friendly manner with a warm aura and doesn’t let anyone hang around waiting at the till she’s extremely hardworking and worth her weight in gold! My daughters are only 2 and 4 and happily came back to the table after Becky kindly gave them a glass of water my little girl aged 4 said ‘’mommy she’s a nice lady she gave me some water”, overall every time we have visited staff are always attentive and lovely here they blow the wacky warehouse at Acton gate totally out the water the staff there are nothing but miserable and continually complaining so 5 stars for Becky and the team⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ can I also say my little boy poured a bottle of my babies milk in my change bad and Becky within seconds came over to help me dry the bag out and clean up absolute angel! Becky needs a pay rise or a bonus :)

Came to the wacky over a month ago and it was fantastic. Came again on Friday and it was brilliant again. The same lady, Becky, was again, extremely kind, helpful and polite whilst keeping the kids entertained. Poor girl always seems like she’s doing a million things at the same time, could maybe have someone to help her? Despite this she’s always interacting with the kids or cleaning up a table and so for a busy friday it was very clean with everything to a high standard! The kids loved you and so we will be back again! Thanks Becky.

We visited Wackys at Barley Mow, Milford today with out Grandson. The venue was absolutely rampacked and the two ladies on duty, Shannon & Becky were run off their feet, but kept everything running very smoothly, including cleaning and tidying the tables etc. We had cause to ask Shannon several questions regarding our visit and I have to say Shannon's Customer Service was excellent, despite being rushed off her feet, she kept her cool and dealt with our issues in a very polite and efficient manner. Thank you Shannon & Becky. We will definitely visit again.

Me and my sons visit often. Very friendly staff, especially Shannon- every time we visit she is always interacting with all children and their families, & always ensuring that the play area/ party area/ eating areas are continuously cleaned and maintained to her high standards. Would recommend & will continue to visit.
