Lovely green space to walk around but I couldn't find any ponds. There was a small lake which had heavy security around it. I touched the gate and the alarm went off! Apparently it is just used for fishing. Very disappointing. Also the mentality of some dog walkers leaves a lot to be desired. A black bin bag containing dog poo hung from a tree branch. Do they think there's a magic poo fairy that collects these? Litter in the car park too.

Large free carpark leading to a lovely walk with woods,lakes and a common. Dog friendly but lots of rabbits, so need to keep dogs under control. Some seats scattered about,good paths but can venture off if you keep an eye out for rabbit holes.

Lovely walk, if you go staight down and pass the pond you can make it a longer walk over 3 miles. Good dog walk, could do with more dog bins though.

Lovely little nature reserve with a nice loop that takes approx 45 minutes. Editing my review as disgusted by how many dog poo bags there are lying on the floor. Also disappointed with the lack of spring bulbs there are.

Beautiful reclaimed landfill site, now an important haven for wildlife. A woodland and meadow island amongst the agricultural and industrial uses of the surrounding land. Easy paths to get around and lots to see and hear.
