I really don't understand the people that say they had a bad experience. There is a group of carers that support people with a range of disabilities that have been coming to Barnsley bowl for 20 years now every week We have been made welcome every time they organise Christmas parties Halloween and Easter parties and birthday parties. At Christmas I supported a young man to a Christmas party that is lactose intolerant and they accommodated him even buying him a chocolate treat that was dairy free so that he wouldn't be left out. Local day centers take service users and the staff are great and treat everyone the same with respect.

I am carer supporting people with different disabilities we have been coming to Barnsley Bowl for years where we have celebrated birthdays or just to enjoy a game of bowling. All the staff have always made us feel welcome and accommodating going out of their way to ensure we all have a lovely time

Great place for family or group bowling. Book online or by phone. Sometimes special price offers are available. Your lane is set up and scores for you. You have to wear their bowling shoes which are well used but clean. There is a reasonable priced bar and a shelf by the bowling lane for your drinks. Plenty of free parking.

Visited a handful of times now and always have a good time when here. We have had a few technical issues with the lanes on occasion but those are quickly fixed by the apologetic staff. Facilities are good overall.
