Not so "relaxed swim" Booked the relaxed swim 8pm, friday 26th, kids and adults bombing in off the sides the entire session, not what i expected, a packet of half used cigarettes on side of pool, shallow end,and black empty doggy bags floating in pool in one of lanes. Young male "lifeguards" seem more interested in having a joke with each other than anything else.....

A fun day out for anyone who likes the sun and water. Arrive early if you want a sun lounger. Facilities are clean and well maintained, even when full the pool isn't overcrowded. Decent and reasonably priced food, though not a huge selection which makes sense for the size. Parking is sparse, so you may end up with a short walk there but it's manageable

Superb value for money in my opinion! Went for the inflatables event, The adults loved it as much as the kids. There was a part sectioned off so you could swim, a section for the inflatable equipment and a pool for younger members. Lockers were a £1 but you do get this back. There is changing rooms on site Plenty of seating There is a cafe. Parking is the biggest adventure however the website does give parking locations on a map. Incredible fun and a good day.

A fabulous 33.3yd outdoor pool, warm outdoor showers and classic lido changing pods. There is a short slide and a diving board. Book online through their website as popular sessions get fully booked, particularly the inflatable sessions in the summer but also the winter lane swims. We have enjoyed the winter lane swims because it is heated to 25°C at weekends and at least 18°C during the week. There is also a sauna available to book. Sessions throughout the seasons vary considerably so best to check the website to see what's on.

A lovely 30m pool, heated to around 28° during the summer season. We booked in advance on the website for an early morning lane swim as this is a popular pool and sessions can reach capacity. The pool is fairly wide (about 16m), with 4 lanes (slow/ medium-slow/ medium-fast/ fast) which work really well as there is plenty of room to swim breaststroke and even overtake within each lane. There is also a smaller pool for younger kids. The main pool has a small water slide, plus a low diving board, which are open during the casual swim sessions. Staff are friendly + 2 attentive lifeguards at either side of the pool. There is limited free parking at the pool, but there is an additional free car park along the road. There are traditional changing cubicles, which are clean, warm outdoor showers, and a relatively new toilet block. Lockers are available (£1 refundable), and there's a small tuck shop on site. Definitely a pool worth visiting 🤗
