Lovely walking spot, either just along to the lighthouse, or all the way down into Brixham town. Beautiful.

Berry Head National Nature Reserve is a mix of history and nature. We loved exploring the Napoleonic fort ruins , wildlife and seeing Britain’s shortest lighthouse. The 400-million-year-old cliffs offer breathtaking views that are perfect for photography. It's an ideal spot for a picnic and a family day out. A must-visit if you’re in South Devon Don't miss the lighthouse, it's surprisingly tiny but very cool!

Went on a weekend evening last summer. So there was no crowd. Cafe was closed by then. Breathtaking views over the sea. Berry Head is a beautifuuul place! Was sitting by the coastline soaking the sun, watching sunshet over the hill. 🌊🌄

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​Berry Head is easily one of our favourite spots in the area. There’s nothing quite like being up there amongst nature with the dogs; the views are simply breath-taking and it’s the perfect place to switch off. The highlight of every visit, however, is the Guardhouse Café. It’s one of the best cafes around and we always look forward to stopping in. A must-visit for anyone who loves the outdoors!

A good sunshiny day at the Berry Head national reserve, rich in history and stunning views. The Guardhouse cafe on site offers a variety of breakfast & lunch (12 pm onwards) options where visitors can enjoy both, the food and views. We were lucky to enjoy the sunshine on our outing there. The lighthouse was an added touch to the experience.
