A great morning with the family - lots to do for both the one and five year old. We have frequented this place on many occasion and it does not disapppoint. Food is available - we usually go for a sandwich with a side of chips and a drink. Like most places of, it is white carbs and sugary snacks. You can bring your own if needed. Four stars due to a broken piece of equipment - see last photo. Five will be awarded as soon as it is fixed.

The soft play has the equipment to be good but they have no air con, it was boiling the kids were sweating and it was unbearable. We were there for a party, my partner asked if they were going to play music and the receptionist said she hadn’t even noticed it wasn’t on. Two children didn’t eat pork and the lady asked if she could just take it off the plate because it hadn’t touched the nuggets? Over all not a great experience wouldn’t recommend.

Good space for children to exert energy. Lots of parking space. Would have loved if there was more to do for the kids. Otherwise it is a good place to host parties for 5/6 year olds

Came here yesterday with my 2 children, only for my 6 year old son to spot a mouse running around. I notified the staff and they didn’t seem to bothered, and stood around allowing the kids to still play on the machine which one of the mice were under. Another one then seen running around, and they just put tables around the fridge which the mouse had gone under. They ended up catching another mouse, and left it under a plastic tub, and allowed the next session to continue, and said she thinks they are coming in from deliveries! . This place serves food, and also has small children running around. They were not entirely bothered by the situation.

We took our son to this soft play and oh my goodness, we were so happy with it! The staff were absolutely amazing – so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The place itself is very affordable, which makes it even better for families. There were so many toys and play areas to keep our son entertained – he had the best time! Everything was well set up and full of fun things to do. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to other parents 😊
