Really enjoy coming to Big Fun, had a private hire birthday party and it was fab everyone loved it and was so nice to have it to ourselves

Attended a party here last week and whilst you must ensure your children are fully clothed with long sleeves etc otherwise they come back covered in friction burns 😬 I have to rate 5 stars for the ability to cater for a child with coeliac disease and unable to eat dairy. For once he could be catered for like the rest of the children and the staff seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination etc and double checked everything for me👍

The place is ok, but they are not a friendly staff, honestly, the children were playing on trampoline and the staff who were supervising the children, saw my kid, and asked him to leave because it's not allowed except 2 minutes on the trampoline. This role introduce to us, because of our ethnicity I believe. Nothing to do with time, as other kids were allowed 20 minutes even, without any if’s or puts. It's might be an individual employee, but that kind of attitude from certain staff, can reduce your businesses drive

Really good soft play for varying ages. My only negative would be the front and centre placement of unbelievably bad sweets for children scattered all around the building. From vending machines, to manual twist machines that drop buckets of sweets to the VERY bold display of crap like 'toxic waste' next to the food counter. It just wreaks of poor ethics in my opinion with monetisation being prioritised over the health of children. Other than that, I enjoy bringing my son here, the different zones are perfect for him.

On Wednesday 23rd July 2025, I went to Big Fun around 12am, it was busier than usual during that time. They have go karts which I've rarely seen them been used in a while costing £2, trampolines which you have to be under 15 and less than 90kg, slides, and spinning seats. You can also have a birthday party inside of the property.
