Firstly the staff are amazingThey are fantastic with the kids and gave great customer care. Iqra the supervisor was excellent could not help enough and does a fantastic job. You as a business are very lucky to have such a good team. I will not be coming back with my granddaughter again. They is no cash payments which is not good. The price we paid was £15.90 just for myself and Granddaughter! The ride we used was £2.50 for 3 minutes! No air conditioning, and it was a hot day all the kids and myself were hot and sweaty. Big Sky years ago was excellent place with lots more for kids to play on than now. Very disappointed, will not revisit and will not recommend to friends. I will recommend fullofbeans which is only £5.25 and includes x4 snacks within cost. Sad to see the changes that have been made at big sky. The stars given are for the staff

Me and my son marcellus had an amazing time at big sky tonight at the family bingo! The staff were all friendly, delivering excellent service especially kat and matt! the food was also amazing, chips hot and crispy!! Kat did an amazing job doing the bingo and keeping all the kids entertained and focused. My son also love seeing spiderman (matt) as soon as he saw him, he wanted me to snap a pic. Amazing evening! Thanks

Our absolutely favourite soft play. We went today and had so much fun. Girls who works there went above and behind to make best time for all the children. Big thank you to Ola - the girl with beautiful smile and big heart ❤️ 💙 💜 This world is better please because of people like You 🥰🥰🥰

This weekend I had bookings for two parties, and I honestly have only words of praise. The venue was very welcoming, clean, and warm — something I haven’t really experienced at other locations. The food was excellent. You also have the option to order extras if you wish, but honestly, the basic package offers more than enough and is perfectly sufficient. The team who took care of both parties was extremely attentive to every detail. They were always consulting with me about how I wanted the schedule to run — what time to bring out the cake, when to serve the food — everything was perfectly organised and exactly as planned. The private spaces were very clean and beautifully decorated according to the themes. There are also so many activities available — laser tag, climbing, trampolines/jumping areas, football, go-karts and many more play options. The kids are never bored! We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. I truly don’t have enough words to thank the entire staff. For the TNT-themed party – Grace & Lauren, and the Princess Party – Poppy, a huge, huge thank you!

Waiting 20mins for climbing wall as not enough harnesses. No helmets makes this really dangerous experience. Car riding? Wait another 20 mins as only one car operates and the another 2 are just waiting for miracle (as seen on picture) This place is waste of money. Too small, too many people. Services not as good as in similar places
