It's a good little wildlife park for a morning or afternoon trip, not loads there but enough for a few hours. There a good amount of animals for the kids, a very small soft play inside the cafe and play area at the start. Gift shop is very small.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was quite, Which was great for us. We were at the centre for about two hours as we doubled back to see some of the animals that were resting the first time round. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities were adequate and clean. It was obvious from the keepers interactions with the animals that they are well careful. Great value for money if you’ve got a couple of hours to kill.

Crackling little sanctuary. You could walk around it all in 30-45 mins if you're adults passing through. Take nature-focused kids and you can spend an afternoon. There's a few quirky and uncommon animals to see with quite a few small monkey breeds, a Komodo dragon and a particularly talkative raven. The play area is small but fun, and there's a nice little cafe with simple food options. Not cheap, but not 'tourism' expensive either. We had chips and ice creams and were very happy with the quality. There's not a whole lot of extra things to do outside of seeing the animals and visit to the parka and cafe, but you're in the centre of Brum with so many other options to fill out your day close at hand. Overall the price is reasonable for what it is, all of the staff are extremely polite and seek to love being there. Lastly a shout out to the face-painting lady who is extremely talented, happy to take requests and unlike a lot of places, is only £5. All in all, a great place to visit and a bargain for what it is.

Definitely recommend going here even if your on your own such a nice place I never knew it existed till I saw a video on Facebook and I am really glad I went some lovely animals there its really peaceful walking around. No wait time either when I arrived just straight in which I was shocked tbh as I thought there would be especially on a Saturday. If I could give it more stars I would 100%. I was walking around on my own as the person who was supposed to come with me couldn't make it so I asked the staff member when I arrived if she could give away the adult ticket to the next person that pays as they dont do refunds on pre booked tickets. My good deed of the day 😊 I certainly didn't want it to be a waste of money. She told me as i left that there was a couple not long after me so they only had to buy 1 adult tickets. She said they was really pleased but confused as to why they got a free ticket 🤣. So if you happen to read this it was me and I hoped you enjoyed it who ever you are 😊👍. Once again great place to go for adults and kids cheap as well.

Lovely day out with my daughter. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices and lots of amazing animals to see. The enclosures are clean and well placed so we managed to see almost all of the animals on our visit. It can be a bit confusing getting around but all the paths are great to wander down and all very accessible. There is a well served cafe with soft play and clean toilets centrally located in the park and a gift shop at the entrance. There’s also an obstacle course with rope bridges so plenty for the kids to see and do for a few hours. Our visit lasted about three hours and we spent about £60 for entrance, food and gifts. Excellent stuff
