Had a party here for my daughter on 17th may. Can’t say how good this experience was. It was the first party we had ever done and we rented the whole venue. The staff let us in a little early to get set up and then people just arrived and the staff dealt with their admission based off a list I gave them. The staff arranged the food, party bags and cake so we only had to give the bags out at the end. The staff also got all the kids dancing at the disco. It was a very enjoyable experience and we will be doing it again thank you very much

The kids (3 and 6) had great fun! We went late March and it was cold but that didn't stop them having a great time. Make sure to not bring any of your own food or drinks, (even water for our 3 year old was asked to be put away!) Fair enough I suppose, it is a business xD Parking available, maybe 18 spaces and clean toilet and baby changing facilities.

I can not recommend Bizzy Beans enough, especially for a party for little ones! We held my daughter's first birthday here, a lot of places want a lot of money for parties but they have some great bargains for birthday parties for under 4's (the little bean parties), £35 for 5 children with 2 hours of play, a birthday cake ceremony and hot and cold buffet, which had a great selection on it. And a return pass for the birthday girl, amazing value for money! There is an extra charge for more guests but when you're already paying a bargain price you're still getting great value for money and still cheaper than a lot of other places for parties. I chose here not only for the price but because it suited a range of ages, not just the little ones around my daughter's age, my bigger nieces and nephew who loved running round the soft play, they all had such a good time! There was something for every age, with an over 4s section, and under 4s and then also a little baby but which has lots of different sensory bits. I had guests comment on how much more there was in the baby bits than other soft plays they had been to. There's also a sensory room which I did have a look in on a previous visit which looks amazing and hopefully we will try out one day soon with some friends. All areas we went round seemed so clean and tidy as well! We also had hot drinks whilst there, and they were delicious 😋 Definitely recommend! All the staff I interacted with were so friendly, helpful and accompanying and went above and beyond, they all helped to make my little girls day so special. From the emails, to coming to check the place out to the day of the party, every single one has been so helpful and professional. We had the best time and can't wait to return, and I highly recommend not just the soft play but the party packages too, definitely a great choice for celebrating little ones birthdays. Thank you to the staff at Bizzy Beans for making my little girls first birthday such an amazing experience, we will definitely be back in the near future!

We booked the sensory room. It was lovely! Lots to do in there. The play area looked really good; will deffo be back.

Sadly came here a few weeks ago, was shocked at how expensive it has got especially when the like of Treetops is a level above and is cheaper! The food was horrendous!! Spaghetti bolognaise was dry and shrivelled up, looked like days worth of left overs plus burnt garlic bread. And the children pizza was literally two tiny triangles, again, left overs and smash and beans. Not full children’s meals. I emailed them and voiced my concerns and was told someone would get back to me of which they still haven’t sadly even though I followed up with another email. Disappointing, we will go elsewhere.
