One star. I want this to be read by someone responsible for the men's toilet: it is disgusting. Basically, as soon as you walk in, you want to vomit; it is dirty and stinky. How can this toilet still be in use? I suggest that a staff member come and clean it.
Very reasonably sized kids playground with plenty of different equipment and a large sandpit with wooden climbing ship in it. My 3-year old loved it and didn't want to leave at all. A small coffee shop is right next to it but had quite limited offer.
Wonderful playarea, consisting of two separate playgrounds. One for the little ones, one for the bigger kids. Loads of adventure slides, climbing frames, swings, toys of any sort and a cute sandpit.
We absolutely love coming to Blaise. There's so many things to play on, various types of swings, in sizes to fit all ages and body types. Lots of slides, spinny things and climbing apparatus. There's a large sand pit with a wooden boat in the centre, which my child adores. Huge playing field and woodland behind if you need somewhere to exercise your dog. There's also a cafe and toilets onsite. Only thing which is lacking, is the toilets are very often unsanitary to put it lightly, but I let it slide as I find myself hard pushed to find any public toilets which are, and I'd much rather they were there, than not. Overall I highly recommend for anyone who wants somewhere to take the kids for a few hours, or just if you wanted to have a go yourself!
This is a great place for kids of all ages to let loose and have some fun. The play area is divided into two sections, one for younger children and one for older children. The younger children's section has a sand pit, swings, a climbing frame, and a slide. The older children's section has a tree house climbing frame, trampoline, tube slides, basket swing, speaking tubes, roundabout, seesaw, high swings, climbing towers, and a zip wire. There are also plenty of benches and picnic tables where parents can relax while their kids play. The play area is well-maintained and clean, and it's located in a beautiful park setting. There are also plenty of other things to do in the park, such as visiting the castle, exploring the woods, or having a picnic. Overall, Blaise Castle Play Area is a great place for families to spend a day outdoors.
