We absolutely loved the Victorian Town, it's great fun and very informative. The school lesson was fun (and a throwback), delicious bread from the bakery and a cool drink in the pub, not to mention all the shops. Best bit for me was the Squatters Cottage. During the transition to the National Trust, pre-booking is required.

Visited here this week as National Trust members. It was a lovely way to spend a few hours walking around the site and inside all the houses and businesses. There were lots of staff dressed up to interact with, each telling you about their trade or the homes they were inside. Plenty of places to sit and eat outside and a couple of nice cafes.

Whata lovely and intresting place to visit. A real step back in time, we loved it. The volunteers ,do a really good jobs into taking you back into times gone by. Chippy is lovely and the old pub. Loved it there. Didnt want to come away

List Hill Victorian Town is a fantastic place for a family day out and somewhere we have visited several times over the years. Every visit has been a great experience, and there is always something interesting to see and learn. Stepping into the town feels like travelling back in time. The attention to detail is incredible, and it gives both adults and children a real sense of what life was like during Victorian times. Our kids absolutely loved exploring the old-fashioned shops, streets, and buildings, and seeing how people lived and worked in the past. It is a fun and interactive way to learn history, much more engaging than reading about it in a book. There are plenty of demonstrations, exhibits, and friendly staff who are happy to share their knowledge and answer questions. We always leave having learned something new. The whole site is well maintained, easy to walk around, and suitable for visitors of all ages. What we enjoy most is that it combines education with entertainment. The children have fun while learning, and adults can appreciate the fascinating historical details and nostalgic atmosphere. It is one of those attractions that you can return to multiple times and still enjoy just as much as your first visit. Highly recommended for families, history enthusiasts, and anyone looking for an enjoyable and memorable day out. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

I'm excited to see what the national trust will do with this place, I've never been before and they've recently taken over and are obviously fixing up a lot of things, so I can't wait to see it in it's full national trust glory! We had a fun day out. Just got home and cut into our sourdough from the bakery, very gummy!! I should have gone for a dark loaf....
