My fiance and I took my 11 month old son to Bluebell farm for the day, we booked online and save £2 per ticket which was excellent. We paid £15 for two adults and my son went free as he's under 2. The weather was beautiful which made the day even better. We purchased 4 bags of feed for the animals. We had a walk around the farm and fed the animals then went to the cafe for food and an ice cream, the cafe was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and arrived quickly also was good value for money. The ice-cream was really tasty and they even had things that my son could have, I brought him a babychino which is warm milk with a foam on the top. After food we took another walk around the farm. It wasn't overly busy which I liked as we could take our time and spend longer feeding the animals. The facilities were clean and they had hand washing stations around the farm. Overall if you're looking for a family day out that's not too expensive then this would be the place to go. Its easy to get to and a great day out.

My family and I had so much fun here! We LOVED seeing and feeding the baby highland cows. They were so adorable! And it was a nice surprise to see all of the other cute furry creatures here on the farm as well. The ice cream tasted amazing! We loved this place and highly recommend. We would go back again and again.

Yesterday we attended the “Adults Only” night at Bluebell farm, we’ve never been here before but we’ll definitely be back because we all loved it. There were four in our group, and we all agreed there was plenty to do, we loved the overall layout and everything was super easy to find via the ‘farmville’ style maps dotted around the place, we had toasted marshmallows, built our own highland cow plushies and of course.. fed every animal we could find (that we were allowed to). I also payed for the girls in our group to have a bit of close up time brushing the baby highland cows which was most definitely the highlight of their time at the farm. All of the staff were extremely friendly and the keepers were very knowledgeable on everything animal related, being a tech freak I was weirdly particularly invested in the automatic milking parlour, quite remarkable! All in all, a great experience, if I was to grumble about anything, it would merely be the access to alcoholic drinks for the night was a bit limited due to queuing, I felt genuinely sorry for the two girls on the horsebox as they could barely keep up with the orders, not their fault, but with it being an adults night, there were plenty of folks wanting alcohol and it put quite the strain on them in 30 degree heat. None of the drinks were refrigerated and by the time we got them the ice had practically melted. A bit more prep, cooler boxes with ice in for the drinks and another person helping at it would have made it a lot easier to access. Nevertheless it didn’t dampen our spirits and it was a great evening all round. My only other request would be to make the evening go into the night if possible, would have been great to have the string lights on to walk around because as much fun as we were having we didn’t manage to do everything! Then again… it’s just one more reason to return! Thanks to everyone for the evening it was fab.

Myself and my family had a lovely day today at Bluebells Dairy Farm! We specifically went for Highland Cow week are we were NOT disappointed! The calves were adorable and the adult cows were roaming freely in the field for everyone to see and feed. Of course, all the animals were lovely too (special mention goes to Raisin the goat who bless her, got her head stuck in the fencing and had to be saved 🥺) The food in the cafe was lovely and the ice cream was divine! My only criticism was that I expected more from the calf cuddling but still a pleasant experience.

Fantastic visit today with my little one. We did the cuddle a calf as an extra and it was definitely worth it. However without that we still would have had an amazing experience. The tractor ride around the highland cows was lovely and although not guaranteed they came up to the trailer for a fuss. We did the build a cow which was another added bonus but not of these were pushed at you. Ice cream was also delicious.
