The Vouchers do not work online Both the voucher itself and the website instructs us to book online before attending the session. When I came to book online the voucher was not working. I made note of this on the booking form in the hope that it may be rectified when we attended our slot. Unfortunately all the staff could tell me is that the voucher doesnt work for online bookings despite that being the instruction given on the website and the voucher itself. The incompetence and dishonesty of this business has cost us money. My hope is that this review saves others the same issue.

Enjoyable trampoline park. We went for Toddler time with a 2.5 Y/O and a 17 M/O. They enjoyed it as well, although a first experience of jumping for the younger she wasn't super keen. But the ball pit provided enough entertainment.

I booked the slumber party package for yesterday around 9 months in advance and the staff member Rachael was very helpful and answered various queries I had respectfully and promptly over the months approaching the party date. The party was absolutely wonderful, the facilities including the toilets were clean, the room was an adequate temperature and the staff members were very attentive from the minute I walked through the door and helped the party to run smoothly and stress-free. Trampolines and all apparatus were in perfect condition and my daughter stated that she wanted to return for another party next year before we had already left the building. They accommodated to our dietary requirements and made the effort to engage the kids whilst supervising which further added to the party atmosphere. I cannot recommend enough, thanks to all the team, you deserve every bit of the 5 stars!

My daughter had her 6th birthday party at Boing Zone and everyone had an incredible time, Eva said she had ‘The best party ever’. The team were great from booking through to the party itself, really helpful and great with the kids. Special thanks to Madi and Eva who were great throughout! So nice having everything taken care of to take the stress out to kids party planning!

Had our daughters 8th birthday party here. 6.30-8pm (private hire) She had the best time! An hour jump & into party room for food & music afterwards for 30 minutes. All the kids loved it & both members of staff were great, professional & very helpful, couldn't fault them. Thank you!
