I booked a party for my son and 9 of his friends. They had a blast! 1hr trampolining and then 45min in the party room. Our host SK was fab, great with the kids and just made our lives so much easier with sorting everything. You can play music in the room, kids eat and dance, and balloon shapes are lovely touch too.

To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and treated us very poorly. Complete waste of money and zero customer care. Save your money and go somewhere else!I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with Boost Leicester. I booked and paid for a VIP package, but none of the services guaranteed. The level of customer service was incredibly poor, and we felt mistreated throughout our time there. I expect a much higher standard of professionalism and delivery of service when paying for a premium tier. I would appreciate management contacting me to resolve this issue and discuss a refund. Thie bad experience was today 4th of July. We wait 1 hour for the room to be prepared. This is what they said about the room. After we wait room very dirty, table not clean properly, and the hostes party was not present to assist as.

We held my son’s 5th birthday party here. All the kids had an amazing time! Our host Rhianna was brilliant. So friendly & helpful. Communicated well with us through the day. She made sure the room was set up appropriately for the number of children we had. The food and drink was all served on time and tasted great. Alternative options were provided for those with allergies and this was explained to us early on. For us, it was a great experience, and took away all the trouble of hosting a party as Rhianna and other staff took care of everything from start to finish.

Had a children’s party. Amazing party. Worth the money. The host Shonah was always at hand and there to guide me through the process plus they were happy to chat and was very lovely person in general. Children had a blast and the food was tasty. Will book there again.

My son had a 9th birthday party today (25/05/26) at boost and I wanted to share my experience. Having had a few birthday parties for both my children before at other entertainment parks I must say Boost Trampoline Parks was by far the BEST experience ever. Not only is the package totally worth the price for everything you offer, from the jump, to food, drinks, ice cream, free return vouchers, balloons and slush but also your host and organisation is on point. We had Alisha helping us out and another girl hosting the games for the kids at the jump section and I must say both of them were AMAZING! Alisha made me feel so at ease, she anticipated my every step and made sure things were in place even before I needed to ask for help. She was very calm but also quick in making sure everything was as we needed. Food was ready on time and exactly when the kids needed, everything was so meticulously arranged for a smooth party. The girl on the jump section I didn’t catch her name, but her games were so good that even I felt like taking part in them. Well done to your staff for making this party the best one I have ever had to host. They surely deserve all the credit for it being this good. I will surely be back every year for this!
