The food vendors are great and you have a lot to choose from (I tried Indian street food at a place who's not that famous and it was great). Be aware that the queues for the Instagram/TikTok places are sometimes crazy (especially during the weekend)

Absolutely exceptional experience at Borough Market! I had the chance to try so many incredible foods, and everything was delicious! From the truffle and mushroom risotto with Parmesan, to the truffle fried potatoes with a variety of amazing dips, every bite was full of flavour. I also tried shrimp and lobster paella, which was absolutely fantastic. 🦐🦞 And the desserts were just as tempting — fresh strawberries dipped in Belgian chocolate and an amazing selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. 🍓🍫 The market itself is wonderful, with an incredible variety of honey, cheeses, dried meats, and cold cuts, all beautifully displayed. The atmosphere is lively, authentic, and full of amazing smells and flavours. A true food lover’s paradise and definitely one of my favourite places to visit in London. Highly recommended! 🇬🇧❤️

Borough Market in London, which is truly an absolute gem and a must-visit destination in the capital. Whether you are looking for incredible food, rich culture, or simply want to experience a vibrant, energetic local atmosphere, it is highly recommended. The market opens from Tuesday onward and features an exceptional variety of street food stalls, fresh produce, international dishes, bakeries, and local specialties. A few particular highlights from my recent experience include: - The Famous Strawberries: Incredibly fresh, juicy, and sweet on their own, but elevated to the next level when topped with warm chocolate. They are completely worth the wait. - Giant Cookies: Outstandingly rich and flavorful without being overly sweet. The coconut oat chocolate chip cookie is a personal favorite. - Diverse Eateries: Everything from oyster bars and paella stalls to artisan cheeses, fresh juices, and wonderful seafood and vegetarian options. It is also an excellent spot during the summer months, as it features several bars that offer a fantastic social atmosphere. For logistics, there is no need to drive, as the market is conveniently located right next to the London Bridge train and underground station, making it very easy to integrate into any sightseeing itinerary. I highly recommend spending a few hours wandering through, exploring the stalls, and sampling the food.

The borough market opens at 10a but we made sure we got there early to get familiar with the market layout. We watched them cook the paella and grabbed some oysters while we wait. Darius, the oyster attendant was kind enough to let us get a few oysters while we waited. The oysters were excellent! They were cold, shucked properly, and sweet. You have to eat it naked first before you add lemon and Tabasco for me. Perfect for an appetizer. We got in the paella line and got the large paella plate. The lobster tail was cooked perfectly and sweet. The tiger prawns were massive, sweet, and juicy. The paella all in all was an excellent start to our food crawl. Next we went to the Rava Asian market for the best lime and ginger juice with sugar cane all freshly squeezed. You won't regret it.

Borough Market is Worth the Hype!! Borough Market was the perfect sweet snack stop for us before dinner. There are so many delicious options that you could easily spend hours wandering and sampling your way through the market. The star of the show? The famous strawberries. They were incredibly fresh, juicy, and sweet all on their own. Then we added the warm chocolate on top and it became a whole different experience - absolutely next level and completely worth the wait. We also tried the giant cookies (literally the size of our heads!). They were rich and flavorful without being ridiculously sweet. My favorite was the coconut oat chocolate chip cookie - chewy, comforting, and dangerously good. The atmosphere, the aromas, and the endless variety of food make Borough Market an experience as much as a place to eat. We came for a snack and left wishing we had another day just to come back and try more food but mostly strawberries . 🍓🍫🍪❤️
