Just had a fantastic party for our son. Jess are party host was brilliant! She was well organised and went above and beyond for us! The kids all had a great time, thank you!

We have not returned since a deeply upsetting incident where a grown man verbally abused my 6-year-old autistic son, including using racial insults. It was extremely distressing, and even more concerning was how the situation was handled by staff.Both the manager and staff witnessed what happened. The manager told me she would review the CCTV footage and follow up with me, as well as report the individual involved. However, I was never contacted again. This is a place where children are present, and I expected much stronger safeguarding measures—especially for a vulnerable child. Instead, it felt like the situation was brushed aside.We had been loyal customers since my son was 2 years old, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, due to how this was handled, we will not be returning.

Attended the SEND session recently and was very pleasantly surprised. Outside is a good size car park so you won't have any issues parking. Inside we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff which continued throughout our stay. Once ready we got busy enjoying the massive bounce area filled with obstacle courses, slides, climbing walls and much more. They even have a couple of trampolines you can jump off into a massive air bag. We all had a brilliant time and after an hour of bouncing we were all ready to enjoy a drink from the cafe on the viewing platform which acts as a great vantage point to watch over your children. If you are in the area give this place a go. If you are looking for a SEND session definitely give it a go as it was brilliant and it is on very regularly even during the holidays.

Always love taking my nieces out but usually feel it's the same old soft play- this was so different and fun for them and I even got to enjoy and mess around rather than just sit and watch. Loved it!! Food is a little on the pricey side but yum xx

All I can say is thankyou! My little boy had his 5th party in Bounce house and it could not have been any more perfect. From start to finish the staff could not do enough for us, making sure we had everything we needed and everything ran smoothly. It was so organised from the minute we arrived and I really didn’t have to worry about a thing. The staff working were amazing and truly gave my little boy the best party ever! The food was lovely all the kids cleaned there plates and loved there dessert. The park was over all spotless and there was plenty of parking available for guests. I highly recommend bounce house to anyone who wants a party or even just a day out. Thank you again bounce house we will be back very soon!! :)
