Copied & pasted from my review left on the Facebook page: We had a joint birthday party for our son (5) and daughter (7) yesterday and it was fantastic! The kids all had such a great time. The facilities were really good, and the self-catering option worked perfectly for us. Having exclusive hire made a big difference, and the seating area for parents was a real bonus, it was nice being able to sit and watch the kids enjoy themselves. We had 29 children there and it was a great size space for them to play without feeling crowded. The ladies who work there were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough to help, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about booking a birthday party! Thank you 🤩

Recently had our daughter's 3rd Birthday party at Bounce. This is somewhere we come regularly for our 3 and 7 year old to play and Bounce went above and beyond our expectations for the private hire party. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much to ask and they couldn't do enough to ensure the event went smoothly. Kids of all ages loved the trampolines, bouncy castle and new basketball feature. The party room was set up beautifully and everything is really clean. We loved Bounce before but even more so now. Thank you so much. Would recommend to anyone! 😊

Recently hosted a birthday party here and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were friendly, organised, and attentive, which really helped take the stress off us. They went above and beyond to cater for specific dietary requirements (some with very short notice) and served both the children and adults with genuine warmth and hospitality. Everything ran so smoothly, and everyone had such a great time.

Cracking place to take the kids. Need to book. Not too expensive at £8 for an hour. Some where for parents to sit and have a drink. Grandkids had a fab time and it must be oggs as they asked to go. Party room looks good as well

Had my little boys birthday party here today and I can’t recommend enough. The staff are wonderful and so helpful, they go above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience for all, not just the children, the adults as well. Such a stress free day as everything was managed by the amazing staff, meaning we could sit back, relax and enjoy the excitement with our little boy. Highly recommended having your child’s party here!!!
