Lovely little rest stop. Visited the green for a wonderful little market, very sweet and pretty.

A lovely part of Bournville, with some cute shops. Includes Kafenion cafe, Christines wool/knittibg supploes and ladys clothes. Beauty by Lorna with fabulous nails by Amelia. Bakery, Goregeous toy shop Evans', food shops. A boutique charity shop and Cadbury World to the rear of the green. Green spaces to relax.

As a visitor we went to see the artisan market and arrived from the station. This isa beautiful green and relaxed part of the city, perfect on a spring day with a lot going on. We also snuck a visit to the nearby Cadbury's shop. Well worth it too...

A brilliant, calm place. Local amenities close by, as is Cadbury's. No litter is a bonus. Everywhere is so clean, and the people are friendly. Worth a visit for the Rest House alone.

We visited the Bournville village as built by the Cadbury family for the employees of the business and found the visit compelling & interesting as well as educational. You do not have to visit Cadbury World to experience the surroundings of the village & the houses that the employees lived in. There is a school, doctors, various shops & communal buildings all for the original employees. The property today is either privately owned or the property of the Cadbury trust. We had a guided tour of the carillon by Mike a Cadbury official guide who made everything come to life & explained everything about the musical instrument. We had a cracking day out & one that I would absolutely recommend 👍
