Hey can I say thank you, not sure what people normally write in reviews but I can only recant my own experience ,Brilliant (thanks Claire special lady) you looked after me and my wife on our silly Anniversary day out and we left with big smiles and I might even think of buying some curly fries. All the staff very friendly and everything was spotless would recommend to all and personally we will be back.

It was amazing. My family 3 adults and 3 children from 7 to 13.Had the most marvelous time. Will the guy who took our bookings was just wonderful, friendly and made it a perfect day for us. We bowled and then enjoyed the amusement arcade, with the kids loving the little rewards that you accumulate as you play..I thougherly recomend it and Bournemouth is a great resort.

The BEST arcade I've ever visited and I've been to a lot! Large variety of very fun games, incredibly attentive staff and amazing deals to really help get your money's worth!! The fact all the games are on a card system is also very ingenious, as that means no more carrying a bag of tickets! Plus you can save up throughout multiple visits to help get better rewards! A really special shout-out to Georgia for all of her help while we were there, she was always friendly, charismatic, and patient. Also, the capibara you helped pick for us was the duck one, which we know is the one you wanted! The bowling alley is also great, very cute and a perfect place to bring a date. Super nice prices for the drinks too. Overall, this place helps you save money everywhere! 100 percent recommend!

We had a last minute family eve out, 3 adults, a 15, 8 and 3 year old, (all kids ND) for a game of bowling. Booked online which was easy. Venue is really nice, set up well, spaciousand clean. It was quiet on a wed eve which was ideal for us. We all had a soft drink and enjoyed our game! The lady on the bar was great. Would recommend and will return.
